San Juan
San Juan is the capital city of the sunny Argentine province of San Juan. Located
175km north of Mendoza and retaining the rhythm of a small town, San Juan is characterized by modern construction and wide, tidy tree lined streets.
The World's largest fossil record, extraordinary rock formations in the Ischigualasto National Park, Difunta Correa sanctuary and Mariano Gambier Archeology museum at La Laja are the major attractions here. Also it is a very beautiful city sourrounded by rivers, hills and valleys.
